What we're building.
Bilo Labs is building Stelemark, modern slavery due-diligence software for Australian mid-market companies with a reporting obligation under the Modern Slavery Act.
Stelemark
Australian companies with consolidated revenue over $100 million have to publish a Modern Slavery Act statement every year. The alternatives are Big-4 advisory engagements that produce a one-time PDF, or generic GRC platforms that treat modern slavery as a checkbox module.
Stelemark is the software layer we're building for this problem. Audit the existing public statement against the AGD register and Walk Free criteria. Produce a rewritten draft and a 12-month due-diligence plan that procurement can execute. Forward-compatible with AASB S2 climate disclosure on the same supplier evidence. Built by people who shipped supplier due-diligence AI inside enterprise compliance teams.
- Statement audit benchmarked against the AGD register and Walk Free assessment criteria.
- Rewritten draft built on the patterns regulators and NGOs flag.
- Due-diligence plan procurement can execute, not a binder.

Stelemark is in development. While we build it, we deliver the same audit, rewrite, and 12-month due-diligence plan as a productised engagement, fixed scope, four to six weeks.
If you have a Modern Slavery Act reporting obligation and want to talk to us about your current statement, we want to hear from you.
